Multi-Agent Suite Accelerator
The set of production agents we designed and deployed for a PE firm. These agents collaborate across sales, service, and operations workflows, share context in real time, and execute multi-step processes without constant human hand-offs.
The architecture demonstrates how to make specialized agents talk to one another reliably: turning isolated bots into a coordinated system that drives measurable operational leverage.
01
Agents That Read Your Invoices
They update Salesforce with what you actually invoiced, no accounting integration needed.
Invoices arrive by email or upload. An agent reads each one, pulls the numbers off it, and matches it to the right customer and contract. Anything it cannot place goes to a person to review, and the original is kept on file.
02
Agents That Write Your Account Plans
They combine public research with your own CRM history and write the draft plan.
Your rep asks for a plan. The agent gathers what is public about the customer, reads the opportunities, cases and contracts already in Salesforce, and drafts the vision, priorities, strengths and risks. Nothing saves until the rep accepts, edits or rejects each piece.
03
Agents That Know Where Every Account Stands
Ask in plain language and they answer from your real opportunities, cases and contracts.
Your sales leader asks how an account is doing. The agent reads the open opportunities, the support cases and the contracts, then answers in plain language. It flags what needs attention on its own, like a contract falling behind what the customer committed to buy.
04
Agents That Show Their Work
You get a record of what each agent was asked, what it decided and what it did, and for whom.
Every agent conversation is captured. Who asked, what they asked, which topic the agent picked, what action it took and what it answered back. It lands where you can report on it, so you can see which agents get used, what people actually ask for, and where the answers are falling short.
05
See What You Sold, Shipped and Got Paid For
Contracted, ordered and invoiced sit side by side, so the gaps are obvious.
Your team commits to a number at the start of the year. Orders come in against it, invoices follow, and the three quietly drift apart. This puts all three on one screen month by month, so you can see which customers are behind on what they committed to buy, and by how much.
06
Contracts That Build Their Own Schedule
Close the deal and the contract, plus every month of it, is already there.
A rep marks the opportunity closed won and presses one button. The contract is created with a line for every month of its term, and it starts collecting orders and invoices against itself from that day on. Nobody types twelve rows into a spreadsheet, and nobody forgets to.
